Central Florida Real Estate Communities

This is the Central Florida community of Ormond Beach. There is a map at the bottom of this page showing locations. Starting at the top of the map and going down is Palm Coast.

Ormond Beach

Ormond Beach is located just north of Daytona Beach. Ormond Beach is a city of almost 40,000 that is primarily residential. There are retail shops and businesses and there are tourist accomodations and services on the beach side as well as local retail and service businesses on the mainland side but there is not much industry, and what industry does exist is primarily on A1A as you leave Ormond Beach heading northbound.

Ormond Beach has many different residential areas. There is beach side south of Granada and beach side north of Granada. There are lusury homes along the river, north of Granada on John Anderson and south of Granada on Riverside. There are luxurious oceanfront houses mainly though not exclusively north of Granada. There are also many regular three bedroom homes on beach side that are neither ocenafront or riverfront.

On the mainland side again is divided into along the Halifax River north of Granada and south of Granada. Inland on each side the houses are very different. Going further west past Nova on the north there is the Trails residential area which consists of luxurious homes all the way up to luxurious mansions some of which are worth several million dollars. South of Granada but still north west of Nova are more modest 3 bedroom homes.

Going further west there are townhomes on the south and a variety of medium to luxury homes on the north until approaching I-95 there is commercial areas for Walmart on the north and other retail areas on the south.
