Proceeds from the event will fund scholarships for students at the Daytona Beach Community College Culinary Institute. The students will prepare the shrimp dishes
and they’ll be rated on presentation, taste and creativity.
Included in the day’s events will be among other activities are a crab race and a shrimp toss. The Shrimpfest is part of the restaurant’s tenth anniversary celebration.
