Looking for a home on the water…..

Tuesday, May 22nd, 2007

Well, Cupid has struck the Fishing Mortgage Banker. There is a special lady in my life. So, I have a dilemma.

Currently, I own 3 homes on saltwater canals in beautiful Palm Coast, Florida. I have lived in my current home for 7 years and it suits me just fine. Either of the other two suit me just fine. BUT, we will need a bigger house for the two of us and both of our pets!

That puts me in the market for a bigger, newer home. Of course it needs to be on the water! We will be looking for something in the Daytona and New Smyrna market. It also means that my 3 homes will be available for purchase and they are certainly worth a look!

Well, I need to get back to home shopping and preparing for the next Pro Kingfish tour and a local event, the Kingbuster 400.

Let’s all look for some homes and be sure to see me, the Fishing Mortgage Banker for the loans!!

Larry,

The Fishing Mortgage Banker

I live in a slice of heaven, called Central Florida. Daytona Beach,  Volusia County, and Flagler County are jewels for real estate in warm climate locations.

All of Florida has great weather, however, Central Florida is not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer. The real estate is still affordable as compared to other Florida markets.

Find out if you pre- qualify for a mortgage for your new home in Central Florida. Complete this form today.
