Another great home in Deland for under $180,000. Deland has quite a few of these homes at great prices. Deland is a great area to live. Only 20 minutes to Daytona Beach and the ocean. Only 35 minutes to downtown Orlando. Deland is a small city with a small town feel with the original renovated downtown.
